      น้ำประปาหรือน้ำตามแหล่งน้ำต่างๆ จะมีแร่ธาตุ สารอินทรีย์และสารอนินทรีย์ปนอยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก เมื่อเราจะนำน้ำแหล่งต่างๆนี้มาใช้งานวิจัยและทดสอบค่าต่างๆ เราจำเป็นที่จะต้องกรองน้ำที่จะนำมาใช้นั้นให้สะอาดด้วยกรรมวิธีต่างๆ เพื่อให้ได้น้ำที่เหมาะสมกับงานต่างๆที่จะใช้แตกต่างกันไปโดยทั่วไปเราสามารถจำแนกน้ำออกเป็นชนิดต่างๆ ได้หลายมาตราฐานเช่น

      ELGA ได้ออกแบบและผลิตเครื่องกรองน้ำบริสุทธิ์สำหรับห้องปฏิบัติการ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีในการกรองรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น การกรองเบื้องต้น (Pretreatment), ระบบ Reverse osmosis, ระบบ Ion exchange, ระบบ Photooxidation และ กระบวนการ filtration โดยใช้ membrane ขนาดต่างๆกัน มารวมกันเป็นกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อให้ได้น้ำที่เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานที่แตกต่างกัน โดยแบ่งรุ่นของเครื่องออกตามประเภทของน้ำบริสุทธิ์ที่จะใช้ดังต่อไปนี้
